Only information needed to respond and operate responsibly.
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, subject of enquiry, message content, donation or membership enquiry details, and any information you choose to provide through our contact form or direct communications.
For members, the constitution requires a Register of Members showing each member’s name, postal, residential or email address, and membership date. Members may request that information other than their name not be available for inspection.

Handled according to Clause 7 of the constitution and applicable law.
Donation enquiries
Used to discuss giving options, receipts, and related support.
How we protect information.
We take reasonable steps to keep information secure and limit access to people who need it for association purposes. Records required by the constitution are kept in South Australia or at the association’s official address.
When information may be shared.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information where required by law, to meet governance obligations, to service providers assisting the website or communications, or with your consent.
Access and correction.
You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you or to ask us to correct inaccurate information. Members also have constitutional rights to inspect certain association documents.
Cookies and analytics.
This website may use basic technical data, such as browser and device information, to keep the site secure and functioning. If analytics are added later, they should be configured to respect user privacy.
